Our buildings have far less impact on the local community by requiring fewer public utilities including the power plant, water, wastewater and storm water facilities.

Our projects incorporate courtyards, bike paths, community decks and outdoor spaces to strengthen the sense of community while bringing people together to enjoy the great outdoors.

Our company strives to educate both profit and nonprofit organizations to adopt sustainable practices.

We are a founding partner in the Northern Colorado Chapter of the USGBC and team with CSU's IBE to encourage student involvement in real world projects.
