Renee Haynes , LEED-AP

Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Interior Design Institute.  As a commercial interior designer, she worked primarily on corporate, educational and medical projects.

Renee is one of the first LEED accredited professionals certified under the LEED for Existing Building program.  She lead the certification process for Seven Generations Sunstone Office Park - aiming to be the first office building in Fort Collins certified under LEED for Existing Buildings.  She also developed the tenant guidelines and supported the certification of Seven Generations Office Park - slated to be the first platinum Office Park in Northern Colorado.  Her LEED experience extends to all aspects of the process and all credit categories. Renee considers sustainability and LEED to be an extension of her design background and her commitment to making workplaces efficient, functional and enjoyable.
