Overview
Seven Generations Office Park is a LEED Platinum Office Park consisting of two 10,000 square foot single-story office buildings and a 36,000 square foot two-story building.
It has a two-acre park-like open space to the north with a city bike path running through the center. Natural daylighting and views have been incorporated into all regularly occupied spaces. Underfloor air-distribution system enables occupants to individually control their thermal comfort while providing superior air quality and energy savings. Offices can be reconfigured easily with the plug-and-play electrical system integrated into the floor. Showers, lockers and bike racks, as well as welcoming exterior community spaces encourage healthy lifestyles.
