This office building is being certified under the LEED for Existing Building program. That included:

Balancing furnances
Repairing the air barrier
Lighting and electronic equipment evaluation
Water Efficiency Analysis
Indoor water use
Exterior water use
Estabishing Green Cleaning and Purchasing programs
Estabilshing a site recycling program and single stream recycling program for the office park.
Purchasing Green Power through the City of Fort Collins.
This will be the first LEED-EB certified building in Fort Collins!!!
